Winnipeg Police Service homicide detectives have arrested and charged a 19-year-old female in connection to the killing of Logan Clarke in a Burnell Street apartment block on July 15, 2022.
18-year-old Clarke was found by members of the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service when they responded to a fire alarm at the apartment in the early evening.
On July 20, 2022 investigators arrested Eliah Moonlight Olsen at a home in the Wolseley area.
She has been charged for her alleged involvement with Second Degree Murder and Fail to Comply with Probation Order.
Olson was detained in custody.
