We have a fair deal! If ratified by UMFA members Monday, will be back in class Tuesday. Special thx to students for your support! #FairDeal!

Both sides were quick to announce the deal on social media but are not disclosing any specific details saying they want to wait until the members get an opportunity to review the offer.
UMFA professors, instructors and librarians are expected to ratify the agreement Monday.
The strike began on November 1, 2016 with workloads, job security and performance reviews being the three main issues on the table.
