Winnipeg Police have arrested the two suspect wanted in connection to a September 7, 2018 incident where a man was dragged behind his vehicle.
The vehicle had been stolen earlier in the week and the owner found it at a business near Gateway Road and McLeod Avenue. As the owner tried to stop the vehicle the driver took off pulling the owner along causing injuries.
Police were able to identify the suspects and issued arrests warrants for Melissa Ashley Forest and Scott Kenneth Lindell.
On September 12, 2018, investigators asked the public for help in locating the pair.

Over the last few days, officers arrested the suspects. Forest was taken into custody at a home on Fleet Avenue and Lindell was apprehended two days later at a home on Adsum Drive.
Both were detained in custody.
