Stolen vehicle suspects tracked by Air-1 to home in Starbuck

Winnipeg Police say that Air-1 tracked a stolen vehicle to a home in Starbuck after it had sped away from officers who had attempted to stop it around Dale Boulevard and Roblin Boulevard.

It happened just before 1:00 am on Friday, December 29, 2017. The newer model Jeep Cherokee had been stolen from a dealership in the 300 block of Pembina Highway. Officers on the ground who were pursuing it had to end the chase after the Jeep began driving in excess of 150 km/h.
