Winnipeg Police issued a public advisory on Monday afternoon, September 13, 2021, after a large quantity of Methadone was stolen.
Police say that around 2:45 this afternoon a robbery occurred on Selkirk Avenue. The amount of Methadone taken in the robbery poses a risk due to the potential for overdoses.
The drug was in a litre size bottle say police.
