Premier Brian Pallister announced on Friday June 30, 2017 that the PC Caucus has kicked out MLA Steven Fletcher.
Fletcher, a former MP, was elected as an MLA in April of 2016. Since then he has often been outspoken and butted heads with other members of the party.
This past May Fletcher delayed the passing of a bill on efficiency by filibustering a committee meeting.
Pallister says that he recused himself from the decision making process and that the choice to kick out Fletcher was made by caucus.
