Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to the scene of a structure fire in the 400 block of Stella Avenue on Sunday night, September 12, 2021.
Crews were called at 9:06 pm and when they arrived were greeted with heavy smoke coming from a two-and-a-half storey vacant house. An offensive attack was launched and the fire was declared under control at 9:31.
A search of the building found no occupants inside. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
