RCMP are investigating a collision between a snowmobile and a vehicle that happened around 7:40 am on Wednesday, January 11, 2023.
Police say the snowmobile was crossing Highway 12 near Clearsprings Road when it was hit by a southbound pickup truck. The 73-year-old male driver of the snowmobile from Steinbach died at the scene. The 45-year-old female driver of the pickup from Ste. Anne was not physically injured.
The investigation continues.
