A standing hearing into the death of 16-year-old Eishia Hudson is scheduled to take place on February 11, 2022, to determine who can participate in the upcoming inquest into her death.
The standing hearing gives individuals and groups the opportunity to request the judge to grant them standing during the inquest. This then gives them the opportunity to participate in the process and question witnesses.
