Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to a garage fire late Saturday night, March 6, 2021, on Southwood Avenue.
When crews arrived smoke and flames were coming from a garage on the property. Crews launched an attack and had the blaze under control in short order.
The fire destroyed the building. The resident at the property was home at the time of the fire. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
