Winnipeg Police are investigating a serious multi-vehicle collision that sent five people to hospital on Friday afternoon, November 27, 2020.

Police say that around 1:20 pm Emergency crews responded to the area of Kenaston Boulevard and Columbia Drive. Seven vehicles were involved in the collision including two large trucks.
One of the vehicles was hit from behind spinning it into west side ditch.

Five people were transported to the hospital, One in critical condition, two in unstable condition and two in stable condition.
Southbound Kenaston is closed at Sterling Lyon Parkway and is expected to remain closed well into the evening as police investigate the cause of the crash.
Police are asking anyone with information about the collision to call the Traffic Division at (204) 986-7085 or Crime Stoppers at (204) 786-8477.
