Winnipeg Police have arrested a man and a woman for multiple break and enters between February 14 and March 5, 2019.
Police say the pair are responsible for a number of thefts from homes being renovated or under construction in the south Osborne area.
The pair allegedly stole tools, appliances and construction materials that they would sell online.
Investigators located video surveillance in the area of the thefts that confirmed the pair were in possession of the stolen items.
Jordan Tyler Wade SHANNACAPPO, 29 from Winnipeg, has been charged for his alleged involvement with:
- Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
- Fail to Comply with Recognizance X3
- Use of Credit Card
- Break, Enter and Theft – Dwelling House X3
- Possess Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000 X2
Anna UNRAU, 32, has been charged for her alleged involvement with:
- Possess Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000
- Public Mischief
- Fail to Comply with Recognizance
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Both suspects were detained in custody.
