RCMP patrolling the Perimeter Highway on Tuesday April 13, 2021, were surprised when the came across a Volkswagen Beetle travelling southbound near Rosser Road.
The officer pulled the 17-year-old driver over who had taken to the roads without clearing the snow from their hood and half their windshield. Conditions on the highway were not the best with snow and blowing snow reducing visibility.

The driver was issued a ticket in the amount of $113 for Drive a vehicle when view obstructed by snow.
The officer ordered the driver to clear off the rest of the snow off the car before leaving the traffic stop.
