RCMP in Manitoba have charged a 33-year-old female with driving carelessly through a residential neighbourhood in Neepawa
Police say they received several complaints about the incident after a video was posted on Snapchat and Facebook.
In the video the driver can be heard saying ” Zero to 100… Zero to 100 ” as the vehicle accelerates quickly.
The woman has been fined $672 for her alleged involvement.
