Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to a report of a structure fire on Corydon Avenue near Beaverbrook Street on Monday afternoon, October 19, 2020.
When crews arrived just before 2:30 pm residents had already evacuated the building. Firefighters entered the building located the small fire and quickly had it extinguished.
No one was injured and damage estimates are not available.
Residents were able to return to their suites in just over an hour once crews completed their work on scene.
