Time to get your skate on at the Forks

It’s official…

More than 1.2 kilometres of skating trails and the skating rink at the CN Stage are open for the season at the Forks.

Frigid temperatures and the hard work of the on-site crew prepared the ice surface for individuals and families to take in the outdoors.

Don’t worry if you don’t own skates though. The forks offer skate rentals every day for kids ($4 day) and adults ($6 day)

Every Sunday between now and February you can also participate in the Arctic Glacier Winter Park Adventure programming that includes horse-drawn wagon rides, bannock making, snow sculpting session and “Soul on Ice” – Where the Canopy Rick turns into a dancefloor. Best of all its free!
