Winnipeg Police reported on August 24 that Jhongan Jhou has been safely located

The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 77-year-old male, Jhongan JHOU.

JHOU was last seen in the West end area of the city Monday, August 22, 2022, at 8:00 am.

JHOU is described as a male, 5’9” in height, medium build, short grey hair and brown eyes. JHOU walks with a limp and uses a cane.

JHOU was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans, green runners and pulling a small purple cart.

The Winnipeg Police Service activates a silver alert when a vulnerable adult person is reported as missing.
