A 21-year-old female is facing robbery and weapons charges after she allegedly pulled a gun on mall security.
The incident happened around 7:45 pm on Thursday, January 5, 2022, a mall in the 1500 block of Regent Avenue. The woman had been confronted by mall security and accused of shoplifting a pair of shoes. The suspect indicated she had a gun and fled. As security followed her outside she pulled out the firearm, pointed it at the security officers and puller the trigger.
Police located the suspect outside a nearby store and took her into custody.
Officers recovered the stolen items and seized a BB gun.
Eternity Dawn McCallum has been charged for her alleged involvement with:
- Robbery
- Discharge Air Gun or Pistol with Intent
- Pointing a Firearm
- Carrying Concealed Weapon Prohibited Device or Ammunition
- Possession of Firearm, Restricted/Prohibited Weapon or Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order x 2
- Fail to Comply Probation Order
She was detained in custody.
