Winnipeg Police are investigating the death of a 59-year-old male.
On Thursday, June 4, 2020, police responded to a home in the 400 block of Agnes Street for the report of gunshots.
When officers arrived they found a male suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to hospital in unstable condition but was soon upgraded to stable.
Police identified the victim as Disdale White.
On Saturday June 6, 2020, White was released from hospital and returned home.
Shortly afterwards he suffered a medical emergency and was pronounced dead.
Police are now investigating his death as a homicide.
