Winnipeg Police are investigating an early morning shooting near Health Sciences Centre.
Around 5:00 am on Tuesday, May 12, 2018, a male victim was located on Sherbrook Street between Ross and Logan suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim in his 30s was taken to hospital in critical condition but has since been upgraded to stable.
Police had the area closed to traffic as investigators gathered evidence.
No arrests have been made yet but the victim was known to them.
