Winnipeg Police are looking for a sexual assailant in his twenties after he attacked a woman in the area of Dalhousie Drive and Silverstone Avenue early Friday morning, November 10, 2017.
Police say that just after midnight the woman was walking in the are when a man put a knife to her throat and demanded money. The suspect then punched the woman in the face and dragged her into a secluded spot in a lane. He then assaulted her and grabbed her in a sexual manner.

The victim yelled for help as a vehicle approached and the suspect ran off.
Police say they are looking for a Caucasian male suspect in his mid-20s wearing all black with a toque and scarf covering his face.
The victim was taken to hospital in stable condition with minor injuries, treated and released
