Winnipeg Police have arrested a 47-year-old male in connection to allegations of ongoing sexual assaults between 1995 and 2015.

The investigation began after the WPS Child Abuse Unit were notified by a police agency from outside Manitoba after two reports were received by them in August.

Investigators interviewed five victims so far and know of three additional victims.

Alan Oloya Samson was arrested on September 10, 2020 and is facing 25 charges for his alleged involvement including Sexual Assault, Sexual Interference, Make Child Pornography, Possess Child Pornography and Invitation to Sexual Touching.
