RCMP in Stonewall have arrested an 80-year-old male after it was alleged he exposed himself to a minor on a couple of occasions. He also is accused of touching the male youth. Police say the victim is under 16.
Police say the incidents were reported to the on April 13, 2018, and the suspect was arrested the same day.
Henry “Kelly” Isbister was charged for his alleged involvement with Sexual Interference and Sexual Assault on a minor.
