Manitoba’s Integrated High-Risk Sex Offender Unit say that a Canada wide warrant has been issued for Rainie James Semple. Semple also goes by the name of Rene James Everett.
Semple is wanted for being unlawfully at large. He was released from custody on January 10, 2019, after serving time for breaching a long-term supervision order.
Semple has not returned to his residence say police and it is not known where he is.
Although Semple has been involved in some treatment programming while behind bars in the past he is still considered a high-risk to re-offend. He has a long history of violent and sexual offences.
