Manitoba’s Integrated High-Risk Sex Offender Unit arrested convicted sex offender Michel Burton Deschamps for breaching his Probation Order conditions.
Police say that they received information from the public about Deschamps and began an investigation. He was arrested on November 15, 2017.
Investigators did not release specifically what Deschamps had allegedly done except to say he breached conditions.
He remains in custody.
