The Winnipeg Police Service Sex Crimes Unit is looking for help from the public in identifying a suspect who allegedly assaulted a female outside the Law Courts Building on Kennedy Street on March 17, 2023.

Police provided an image of the suspect caught on surveillance video. The suspect is described as a male in his 20s to 30s. He stands approximately 5’9″ in height with a larger build and long dark hair. He was wearing glasses and has a mustache. He was wearing a black jacket at the time of the assault.
