The City of Winnipeg has announced several road closures this weekend beginning tonight.
Plessis Road
Plessis Road will be closed in both directions between Kildonan Meadow Drive and Transcona Boulevard for railway crossing repairs.
The shut down begins at 6:00 pm Friday June 19 and continues until 11:00 pm on Monday June 22, 2020.
Garry Street
Garry Street from Ellice Avenue to Portage Avenue will be closed on Sunday, June 21, 2020, from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm for building construction and maintenance work.
The closure also include the sidewalks and bike lanes.
Edmonton Street
Beginning Monday June 22, 2020, Edmonton Street will be closed in both directions between Ellice Avenue and Qu’Appelle Avenue from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm.
The sidewalk on the west side of Edmonton Street will remain open.
