Several homes in the RM of Brokenhead north east of Winnipeg and a vehicle at Birds Hill Provincial Park were damaged early Saturday morning after shots were fired say RCMP.
Over the course of about an hour, police responded to three reports of shots fired. The first happened around 4:30 am when a witness saw a pickup slowly pulling into the parking lot at the East Beach at Birds Hill Provincial Park. According to the witness, the truck made a u-turn in the lot and as it was leaving it fired a shot at a parked vehicle damaging it.

Less than an hour later a shot was fired into a home just west of Beausejour. The front bay window was hit and damaged. Fifteen minutes later around 5:35 am two homes each received several shots fired at them breaking windows near Garson.
Police say that it didn’t end there also around the same time as these incidents video surveillance caught people in the suspect vehicle firing three shot into another property in the Garson area.

No one was injured in any of the incidents.
Investigators are saying that they believe multiple guns were used in the shootings. The vehicle involved is a late model, dark coloured, GMC or Chevy pick-up truck.
The most recent description of the vehicle is a newer model, dark-coloured, four-door GMC or Chevrolet pick-up truck.
