Serious injury at indoor gun range in Transcona

Emergency crews were called to a mostly residential street in Transcona Thursday evening just before 7:00 pm for a report of a seriously hurt individual.

A male of unknown age was taken out of Xtreme Gun Shooting Centre on Larche Avenue East and transported to hospital with serious unspecified injuries. It is not known if the injured male was an employee or a customer.

Xtreme is a facility that rents weapons and allows people without a gun permit to fire guns under strict supervision.
