RCMP in Flin Flon have arrested and charged a 67-year-old male after they stopped to talk to him in a parking lot. Police say that during the conversation they spotted a can of bear spray protruding from his jacket and placed him under arrest.

A search of the man and a truck associated with him were searched and officers found about 32 grams of cocaine, bear spray, a large capacity .22 calibre rifle magazine, cash and drug paraphernalia.

Jeffery Giest from Flin Flon has been charged for his alleged involvement with  Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Fail to Comply with conditions x 3 and multiple other offences.
