Selkirk RCMP are looking to identify an armed robber. On April 2, 2024, police say a male armed with a handgun entered a store on Main Street in Selkirk shortly after 11:00 p.m.. The suspect demanded money from an employee before fleeing the store on foot.
At the time of the robbery the suspect was wearing a plaid shirt/jacket and a balaclava.
The store employee was not physically injured during the incident.
