Winnipeg police have arrested the second suspect in the killing of Robert Randall Anderson.
Ryan Joesph Roulette was arrested in the 200 block of College Avenue after police had gone there for an unrelated matter.
Investigators had previously arrested a co-accused, James Houle, related to the murder.
Police say that the killing occurred on December 31, 2021, after Houle and Roulette went to a residence in the 300 block of Anderson Avenue to confront the victim. An altercation occurred and the victim was shot and killed.
Roulette has been charged for his alleged involvement with Second Degree Murder, three counts of Possess Firearm, Restricted/Prohibited Weapon or Ammunition Contrary to Prohibition Order and was also processed on a Warrant for Apprehension and Suspension of Parole/Statutory Release
He was detained in custody.
