Winnipeg Police Service has arrested and charged a second suspect in connection to the forcible confinement and attempted murder of a 27-year-old woman on December 10, 2023.

35-year-old Joey Michael Audy turned himself in on December 26, 2023. He was placed under arrest on the strength of a warrant in his name for Attempt to Commit Murder, Assault Cause Bodily Harm, Uttering Threats, Robbery and Forcible Confinement.
Last week Romeo Chris Miles, 27, was arrested and charged in connection to the investigation.
A third suspect, 40-year-old, Evelyn McKAY is still wanted by police. Anyone who knows where she is is asked to call 911. She is wanted for Robbery and Forcible Confinement.
Police contine to investigate.
