Winnipeg police have identified the victim and arrested a suspect in the Thursday, October 31, 2019, homicide.
Matthew Allan Sutherland, 28 from Winnipeg has been identified as the victim in a stabbing that occurred inside a residence on St. Matthews Avenue. Sutherland collapsed outside and died from his injuries in hospital.
Michael Alexander Spence, 32 from Winnipeg ias been arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder for his alleged involvement in the killing.
Police say that Sutherland and the accused knew each other.
Spence was detained in custody.
