RCMP have arrested a 36-year-old man in connection to a November 2018 homicide in Selkirk.
Police were called to the scene of a 64-year-old man who had suffered an apparent cardiac arrest.
From the beginning of the investigation officers believed the death was suspicious and treated it as a homicide.
On June 20, 2019, Karl Harry Helbig from Selkirk was arrested and charged with Second Degree Murder for his alleged involvement.
RCMP continue to investigate.
