As expected schools across Southern Manitoba are closed today in many school divisions and in others, including divisions in Winnipeg Schools are open but buses are cancelled.

Manitoba Highways reports a number of highways are closed and conditions outside the city are causing low visibility in many areas.

Highway 13 south of Highway 2 CLOSED
