Fire crews were kept busy Saturday night with four garage fires and a house fire.
The house fire was started around 8:30pm in a third floor bedroom at a home on Victor Avenue and spread to the second floor before crews got it under control.
Three of the garage fires occurred between midnight and 1:30am. A garage in the 600 block of Harbison Avenue E. was burned beyond repair. Fires badly damaged garages on Martin Avenue E. and Union Avenue E.
The 200 block of Bannerman Avenue was also the site of a garage fire overnight.
Fire officials continue to investigate
