Winnipeg Police have arrested and charged a 54-year-old Winnipeg man after learning about child sexual abuse images being uploaded to a Winnipeg IP address.
Investigators from the Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit began their investigation in mid-April of 2018.
On June 25, 2018 officers from ICE raided a home in Riverview armed with a search warrant and seized an electronic device containing child pornography.
Kirby James Rae is facing charges for his alleged involvement in the case of Imports, Distributes, Sells, or Possess the Purpose of Distribution or Sale any Child Pornography and Possession of Child Pornography
Rae has been detained at the Winnipeg Remand Centre.
