The city of Winnipeg has lifted the Residential Parking Ban that was put into place at 7:00 am Thursday morning, January 7, 2021.
The Residential Parking Ban is periodically implemented during the winter to enable snow clearing operations on residential streets.
The annual Snow Route Parking Ban remains in place until March 1, 2021 and restricts parking on snow routes in the city between 2:00 am and 7:00 am daily.
The city says that crew will be continuing to address outstanding snow clearing issues and remind residents to watch for temporary no parking signs that may be put in place on streets.
