A fire in a Henry Street recycling business on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, is under investigation.
At 3:09 am Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service were called to a fire alarm in the 1000 block. When crews arrived they found smoke in the building.
A fire in the recycled materials was kept under control by the building’s sprinkler system. Firefighters quickly put out the remaining hot spots.
No injuries were reported.
