On Friday, July 30, 2021 RCMP in Selkirk executed a search warrant at a home on Queen Avenue.
Officers seized a number of items including cocaine, methamphetamine, fentanyl, cannabis, purple down, illicit pills, a number of knives, two airguns and drug paraphernalia.
Daniel Cook, 34 from Selkirk was arrested on site and has been charged for his alleged involvement with three counts of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking, four counts of Weapons Possession Contrary to Order, Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose, Resist Arrest and five counts of Fail to Comply with Release Order Condition.
Police continue to investigate.
