Just before 12:30 pm on October 31, 2022, RCMP from Steinbach responded to a single-vehicle collision on Highway 52.

Police say the vehicle was westbound near Road 40 East when it left the road, went into a ditch and hit a pole.

The 55-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene. He was the only occupant in the vehicle.

RCMP continue to investigate.
