RCMP in Thompson have charged a 24-year-old male after he collided with a police cruiser in the northern community on Saturday May 1, 2021.
According to police, two officers and an 18-year-old male passenger where in a patrol SUV when a car came through a red light in front of the police patrol unit causing the collision
The 18-year-old male passenger in the RCMP SUV suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital.
The 24-year-old male driver was charged for his alleged involvement with Disobeying Traffic Control Device.
