On Saturday, December 9, 2023 RCMP reported that Mervin has been safely located.
On December 7, 2023, RCMP received a report of a missing 69-year-old male from Portage la Prairie.
Mervin Esau was last seen on December 6, 2023, at approximately 5:00 pm at his residence on 6th Avenue NE in Portage la Prairie. He left in a white Dodge Ram 1500 with Manitoba licence plate B17055.
Mervin is 6’ tall, 225 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. Mervin did not show up for work and has not been in contact with family.
Police and family are concerned for his well-being.
