Selkirk RCMP are asking the public for help to identify an armed robber believed to be responsible for three robberies between June 16 and 23, 2023 in the City of Selkirk
Police say the suspect is responsible for:
- On June 16, at 5:55 pm, officers responded to the 400 block of Main Street where a male suspect, armed with a knife, entered a store and demanded cash from the employee.
- On June 20, at 11:00 am, officers responded to the same business for another reported robbery. The suspect, believed to be the same one from June 16, pulled a knife and demanded cash.
- On June 23, at 5:25 pm, officers responded to the 100 block of Main Street where a male suspect entered a store, produced a knife, and demanded cash from the employee.
Surveillance video shows the suspect wearing black pants and black Nike shoes with the white Nike logo visible. He was wearing a black hoodie and/or a blue coloured Jets sweater and a camouflage-colored tuque.
