RCMP in South Indian Lake are investigating a homicide in the community after receiving multiple reports of an injured male on Tuesday, February 8, 2022. South Indian Lake is about 1,078 kilometres north of Winnipeg.
Police say that after receiving the reports officers went to the nursing station and found a 46-year-old male had been pronounced dead.
RCMP continue to investigate.
