Selkirk RCMP are looking for the vehicle involved in a hit-and-run on Highway 59 that claimed the life of a 75-year-old man.
Police say the collision happened in the community of Scanterbury before 10:40 pm on April 20, 2023. The victim had been walking northbound on the right-hand shoulder of the highway when he was hit from behind. The driver of the vehicle involved failed to remain at the scene.
Investigators believe that the suspect vehicle may be a 2007 to 2012 burgundy coloured Ford Fusion.
