A 26-year-old female is facing Second Degree Murder charges for her alleged involvement in the death of a 26-year-old female from Sioux Valley Dakota First Nation.
Police say they received a report of a stabbing in Sioux Valley Dakota First Nation at 12:20 am on Saturday, December 10, 2022. When officers arrived they found the victim with life-threatening injuries. She died at the scene.
Police arrested and charged Rennie Kristyna Williams from the community. She was detained in custody.
