A 46-year-old man is facing Manslaughter charges after an assault on Bunibonibee Cree Nation.
Police say that on Saturday, August 20, 2022, they received a report that a 49-year-old man had been assaulted and taken to the nursing station where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators have arrested Wilfred Nelson Chubb in connection to the death and charged him for his alleged involvement. He was detained in custody.
RCMP continue to investigate.
