RCMP have identified the body found on Christmas eve in the RM of Rosedale as 32-year-old Cody Mousseau from Sandy Bay First Nation.
Police say that Cody had been reported missing to Manitoba First Nations Police Service (MFNPS) on December 8, 2019. He was last seen in the community sometime between November 27th and December 1, 2019.
RCMP are treating the death as a homicide and are investigating with help from MFNPS.
